This belief is reinforced by our quarterly "Out of This World" award with public recognition and a spot bonus to team members who achieve above and beyond their role expectations. We believe that teams that are constantly celebrating wins – big and small – are the best equipped to succeed.
With our approach, the results speak for themselves. Annually, 80% of our employees get raises, promotions, or additional responsibilities within one quarter of their start date. Surprising team members with raises and promotions initiated by their managers before they need to ask creates trust and ensures the team feels seen and valued.
