Outside of the traditional monetary components (ex., salaries, bonuses), we offer a breadth of benefits to help support our team. These include monthly stipends for wellness and phones, subscription LinkedIn Learning, free lunch every Friday (wherever they are), every other Friday off during the summer, and unlimited PTO. As things have started to recover from the pandemic, we have also begun investing in in-person offsites to help the team build authentic relationships.

A few examples of how we do this include reviewing all job descriptions to ensure the words used limit bias, ensuring gender equality on the team. Our board and advisors are also all female.
