How do you show employees you appreciate them?

Culture: We believe that showing appreciation for our employees starts with creating a work environment where employees feel heard, valued, and supported – humans first, metrics second. Our leadership team is highly transparent in decision-making and takes employee feedback very seriously. The leadership team regularly checks in with employees to better understand what they enjoy most about their roles, how they want to develop in their careers, and where we can improve as an organization. Our people-first approach is also reflected in how our employees treat each other: we genuinely celebrate each other’s successes (in our #praise Slack channel) and truly value winning as a team.

How are you creating a workplace of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging?

Our goal is to make sure that everyone has a sense of belonging, feels safe being their authentic self and has the support they need to succeed. We want employees to incorporate their own interests, experiences, communication styles, and personal values into our team culture. Recruitment: We attract talent through many different channels with an emphasis on candidate sourcing, employee and network referrals and interview scoring training. We value potential and experience over education. In 2023, we are committed to partnering with a career advancement platform for diverse talent and creating a paid internship program. Growth: We prioritize promoting from within to encourage career growth, broaden skill sets and increase employee satisfaction.Pay: We conduct a regular equal pay assessment to ensure employees are paid equitably and without discrimination. Women in Tech: 56% of our team identify as female and four out of eight members of our management team identify as female.

Why should someone work at your company?

Our work culture is flexible, and we work across three time zones. We are meeting and time conscious. Face time for the sake of face time is highly discouraged. We have a no jerks policy. We do not tolerate high performers who do not treat others with respect or do not maintain a team first attitude. On a less serious note, everyone who joins adds to our culture versus just fitting into it! While we work hard, we love to have fun as well. We try to strike the right balance between making sure there are enough social events while not overloading the team with what sometimes feels like work obligations .We work with some amazingly talented humans (professionally and personally). Even on tough days, we are able to trust each other, get the job done and still make time to talk about what we are watching in #bingeworthy. Hint: we love Bravo among many other genres.
