Occupier has built a culture of celebration! We high five each other for the big and little wins across the entire organization. From bringing on new customers to shipping a new product, the team always takes the time to acknowledge their colleagues both publicly and in 1x1 settings. Outside of our two co-founders, our other 4 board members and observers are all female!
